When I first discovered that my furnace and AC would need to be replaced, I was quite stressed thinking about the additional expense that would be put on me. That was short lived after Comfort First sent Kevin (Sales Consultant/Efficiency Expert) out to assess my home, that same day. After calculating the proper size furnace and explaining to me the multiple options of payment plans. I was able to purchase the highest efficiency unit and not only stay under budget but know that I would be saving money in electric and propain! Thank you again Kevin and C.F. Staff. Not only for making my life less expensive but making it way more comfortable.

Our experience has been top notch. However, every job comes a few items that were not up to par. For example, the employees were very timely, responsible men, but they could have cleaned up better and ensured our personal items were covered (or told us our clothes were going to get insulation on them, can you please move them). We were very impressed with their expertise the workers brought to the job.
